Appointment for 9:00 am for a recall on the backup camera. Was told it would be finished around lunch. I asked when lunch was the answer 12:00-1:00. I received a call around 4:30 I was told the day wa camera. Was told it would be finished around lunch. I asked when lunch was the answer 12:00-1:00. I received a call around 4:30 I was told the day was crazy he said they got slamed. They told me it would be ready tomorrow around lunch. The following day no call, so I called them at 4:30. They informed me they didn't receive the part in and my truck would be finished tomorrow around lunch. Day 3 they called at 10:30 am it was ready to pick up. I picked it up went home backed up in my driveway and realized it wasn't ready. Immediately returned to the Ford dealer. It took them 30 minutes to get it in and another hour to finish the job. I hope this is a one time deal. I wouldn't want anyone to experience what I did. Nothing made sense. More

Absolutely wonderful. We broke down returning from Ft Worth to Wyoming. They were able to get the parts in quickly and get our repair done. My wife’s truck broke down in Texas while driving back to Utah, and Vernon Ford was able to get it in despite being busy. They repaired it faster than the timeline they originally gave us, and the staff were Utah, and Vernon Ford was able to get it in despite being busy.
