I came in for a rotation and balance but was told I didnt need a balance and only received a rotation. When I went to leave the lot I still had a tire sensor issue warning on my dash and had to immediately turn around and go back inside to explain the light was on (apparently this service center doesnt notice check lights on the dash) Turns out I needed a new sensor which meant more waiting and of course more money. Whatever, now I was late and had to leave. I took the truck home, hopped in my car and didnt drive the truck until I needed to haul some gear a few days later. As soon as I took it out on the vets and got around 60 the steering wheel (and whole truck) started shaking violently. I turned around and took it to the service center where I had to schedule a visit a few days later. Finally I get there and they tell me what? That's right, "It needs a balance."
Well no xxxx sherlock thats why I brought it in to begin with.
(sarcastic clap) way to go.
Anyway, normally this place gets me in and out no issues but this last fiasco was a mess.
Also the employees I'm selecting in this survey may not have anything to do with this mess. I just had to select one or two to finish the form. I cant remember anyones names.
