Bought 2008 Town and Country on Tuesday 10--20-2020. Found spelling error on Wed 10-21. Mike said vehicle would be ready either Thursday or Friday, no calls. Went to pick it up on Sat. 10-24, pulled into the lot just as the vehicle was leaving to be detailed, Mike said he could deliver it later on Sat. No calls, no delivery. Returned to dealer on Monday 10-26, no Mike and no paperwork. Jason Ferguson redid all the paperwork, good job. An hour and a half later we finally had a vehicle. Extremely poor follow-up and communication for a major auto dealer. More
