Great experience. I sort of came in to set up a service appointment for my current Dodge vehicle and within a week, I had a new (to me) car in my driveway. Dan was great! Very informative, professional and just a nice guy. I have been in sales and customer service for over 40 years and buying a car from your dealership was a very good experience. Great follow up as well by Dan. I knew that he wanted by business, but I didn't feel that I was being stalked or pressured into anything. He worked with me to get the pricing where it needed to be, offered a fair/good amount for my trade in and work to get the services/warranty that I wanted in order to seal the deal. If the goal is repeat business and willingness to recommend, I will be back and will certainly recommend your dealership. It's also beautiful, clean and inviting building. The service department was also very friendly and accommodating, even though I had to cancel my appointment...with buying a new car and everything. :) If the service after the sale is good as I expect it to be, you have a very satisfied customer. I had my vehicle towed in for what turned out to be a bad battery. Your service Department did not "cross-reference" to see that I had an appointment scheduled on 7/6/26 to fix 2 recalls and a "whirring" sou battery. Your service Department did not "cross-reference" to see that I had an appointment scheduled on 7/6/26 to fix 2 recalls and a "whirring" sound coming from the back. Also, when I opened the back door I discovered the cover was left off of the battery. My car was there 6 days and I do think I reminded someone that it had was being brought in on 7/6. I guess in the grand scheme of things not very big deals. But I live in churchville and the drive back to have it serviced for my original complaints kind of stinks. More
