I was updated with everything that needed to be fixed as problems were discovered. A rodent had made itself cozy in my vehicle, and they found the hiding spots, and remedied the problems caused by the littl problems were discovered. I had an appointment and was told I could wait while they performed the service on my vehicle. After 45 minutes of waiting, I was told that for this service I would have to leave the car and get it the next performed the service on my vehicle.
