I can tell you that the service department is the best in the high desert IMO - it seems many dealerships keep your car for hours on end and are weeks out for service appointments but with VV Chevy we get right in, everyone is polite and professional, and do a great job. Making appointment is easy via email or online as well - thank you VV Chevy for always taking care of us! More

Service department left my battery plug unplugged. Went back and didn't get an apology or anything of that nature. Also, I had called for a price quote for a new battery, plus the service. But when I got their they quoted me an extra $120 when I asked about my previous quote they said let me hook you up and dropped the price to the original quote. Not sure what that was all about but it seemed dishonest. More

Yes Senia helped me in the process of looking for my brand new 2022 Silverado 1500 RST and as we waited for financing she knew my daughter and husband were hungry and brought us pretzels and even offered to take us to get food. She has been above and beyond one of the kindest people I have ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and give her a visit for your next Chevrolet! More

Do not get your vehicle serviced here. Over priced, over worked and unorganized. I was told my car repair would be same day but it ended up taking four days. To make things more frustrating service department never communicated the status of my vehicle. Never will I come here again so sad to see this dealer fail at customer service. More

Called to confirm that a 2500HD, that I found on their website, was ON THE LOT. I was told “yes” by 2 different sales personnel. I tried to buy it over the phone, but was told they wouldn’t do that and th website, was ON THE LOT. I was told “yes” by 2 different sales personnel. So, I drove 5 hours one way for them to tell me it wasn’t on the lot and that the price listed on the website was $10,000 less than the actual price. Straight lied to me! I wasn’t very happy!!! After a talk with a manager he told me that he would drop the $10,000 to $5,000 AND deliver the truck to my house when it came in. I said, “Isn’t that what I tried to do in the first place, buy it over the phone or internet, then just come pick it up and sign paperwork?’ I walked out. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! I refuse to do business with dishonest people…What a xxxx shame! More

Took my traverse in for the second time for the radio not working no blue tooth, car turns off when leaving a stop and auto stop turns on.
