Victorville Cadillac / Chevy is the worst ! Got a call the Cadillac Lyriq I've been waiting for over a year and a half was in . Granted it was a different dealership but they had one . Started off 20K over sticker , settled on 10K over sticker . Got in the car for the long trip down . During the drive we were told they quoted us the wrong price , of course it was higher , the new price . Got to the dealership , met by Mr. xx. salesman , Javier . Rushed us thru the process and I found out later when I got back home the car didn't have what I ordered . It was missing the 19 Speaker Stereo System and Super Cruise . So I have a car I don't want . Javier knew the car didn't have super cruise but xx'd us . Sean is the smooth talker that can't tell the truth either . I truly hate this dealership . DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE LIARS . I have owned many cars in my 66 years on this earth . Never have I dealt with Con Men such as Javier or Mr. Smooth Talker Sean . AND ! First time driving the car at night , went to dinner with the wife and then got pulled over , no right side rear lights !Cadillac has 200 miles on it and I have to take it in to the dealership to get it repaired ! Did I say DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE LIARS ! It bears worth repeating I couldn't be more upset More

***ANTOHER SHADY DISHONEST DEALERSHIP*** I guess I shouldn't be surprised at deceptive dealers. But I called them before driving 3hrs/200miles to purchase a car. I drive down there and right at the end they put in $1500 for Lo-jack. I don't want it, I don't need it. They tell me all their cars get it and its not an option. They Lie about and they are not upfront. *** BUYER BEWARE*** BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO PAY FOR IT. FYI, And after doing some digging they only pay $400 for it. I'm pretty sure forced options are illegal !! DONT GO HERE!!!! More

I have only owned one Chevy in my life and I have to admit it's been a great experience! I was able to get a great deal when purchasing the Camaro here in 2017 and have only taken it to the dealership admit it's been a great experience! I can tell you that the service department is the best in the high desert IMO - it seems many dealerships keep your car for hours on end and are weeks out for service appointments but with VV Chevy we get right in, everyone is polite and professional, and do a great job. Making appointment is easy via email or online as well - thank you VV Chevy for always taking care of us! More
