Service Manager said that was a weak spot on the Silverados and I would need to purchase an entire new dash cluster. Quoted $530 to repair what their service department broke. When I could get no satisfaction from the Service Department, I visited with both the Sales Manager and the Owner. The Owner told me I had not purchased the vehicle from his dealership, so he was not interested in assisting with the required repairs. I took the truck to another dealership and paid the $500 to have Lang's error corrected. I run 30,000 to 40,000 miles/year in my Silverados. On the road, I don't know one locally owned repair shop from another. So, I always have all service... including oil changes... done by the Chevrolet dealer in the area I'm in. Working with Chevrolet service departments over a 5-state area, Lang's is the ONLY dealership that has displayed a complete lack of interest in customer satisfaction. More
