I was shown that I had a bad tired by Tyler. He stated you couldn't get a set of tires for a few days. So I had no choice but to go to a tire store. When I got there I had to purchase all new He stated you couldn't get a set of tires for a few days. So I had no choice but to go to a tire store. When I got there I had to purchase all new lug nuts for all 4 tires because they were stripped. Victory has been the only dealership to rotate my tires in the last year or two on this vehicle. It was never mentioned if they were bad or not, so I'm guessing it wasn't until I had to get my tires replaced. So it cost me over $100 to get all new lug nuts. It was an expense I was not thinking I had to purchase bu when I did it was disappointing. The service and timeliness I normally get is excellent but this was disappointing. More
The service manager doesn’t have a clue. . he told me he couldn’t work on my 3500 because it’s too big and the don’t have a lift that will lift that much weight. I tried to explain that a 250 . he told me he couldn’t work on my 3500 because it’s too big and the don’t have a lift that will lift that much weight. I tried to explain that a 2500 and 3500 particularly the 2500 with the heavy towing package are the same truck. He kept telling me he couldn’t only work on 2500 as the biggest truck. The male service writer doesn’t care about his job. I walked in and he was surfing the internet on his phone. I literally stood there for 3 and a half minutes before he noticed I was standing right next to him 5 feet away. I should not have to say excuse me because you are swiping right or left on tinder. This dealers service department is in my opinion poor at best. I will not be returning More

If I could give them a zero, I certainly would. This review is based on the service department only. The service department including the manager and male service advisor are incompetent and have n This review is based on the service department only. The service department including the manager and male service advisor are incompetent and have no idea how to deal with people or vehicles. They talked down to me several times, lied to me multiple times (have videos proving this) about what was wrong with my vehicle and acted like I was making up a story when I confronted them. Ultimately they had my vehicle approx 3 months and none of the issues I brought it in were fixed. They would tell me it was one issue than tell me they never said that. They not once called me from July to now for updates on my vehicle. The vehicle was leaking oil and it’s documented in a previous invoice and now there saying there’s no leak or they can’t find one when I have pictures to prove it. The engine was ticking which is also acknowledged, now they say the ticking just vanished. Btw this is a new vehicle with 11k miles. However, they did fix an issue they created by letting my diesel idle for hours which Clogged the EGR and particular filter. These people have no idea what they are doing and are a Liability. I would not even trust them with an simple oil change. Oh and to top it off they didn’t offer a rental until a month in and only would Pay 44 dollars a day. I have a 3500 and They said they would get me a Tahoe. I went Go pick up the rental (Tahoe) and the rental company informed me that I had to pay the other half to cover the cost meaning I would have to pay 30 dollars a day and taxes. Mean while I’m still Making my truck payments and paying my insurance Premium. Lastly, they still think nothing was wrong with what they did to me. Please do not go here More
