I walked in the door to buy a truck. I didn't need a "salesman" I needed a "subject matter expert" to answer my questions. That's what I received. During routine oil change I was told I needed a new battery, which would have cost over 400 dollars. I informed them that I could not afford that. I later had my battery tested and my battery was goo battery, which would have cost over 400 dollars. I informed them that I could not afford that.
