Whomever responded to my complaints on service that was provided, you should have already looked into the complaint. I’ve listed full names a depts and the issues that I had. This message from you confirms that dealership is not being ran by good leaders. I should’ve gotten a call immediately by someone above the service manager. Buyers beware this dealership needs intervention fast
