Had to bring my car in 3 times because the techs had trouble hearing the noise I did. It was frustrating but Fernando went above and beyond to be sure my car was taken care of and safe. Car suddenly braked hard by itself, and 2 days later the brakes didn't work and the car surged forward while I stomped on the brakes till it stopped hard suddenly. I brought the car in. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. My service writer knew exactly what maintenance I needed and they took care of my Honda Passport while I went out to lunch.
