My previous experiences with the Service Department staff at Victory Honda were great. Fernando was the best. However, Mr. L, presented as entitled and presumptuous which was evidenced by him calling me by m at Victory Honda were great. Fernando was the best. However, Mr. L, presented as entitled and presumptuous which was evidenced by him calling me by my first name and never introducing himself. He also appeared to not respond well when I corrected him by asking Mr. Lu to call me by my actual name, Keith-Anthony '. Instead he repeatedly called me 'Keith' after being asked to do otherwise. I told him my name again asking him to use it as I've stated, only to have him say my name with such condescension in his tone, which was very offensive to me. Later a text message was sent, still using Keith despite my requests to use my given name. Furthermore, Mr. Lu was not even present at the time when I picked up my vehicle and he man didn't have the professional courtesy to check on me as a customer when he saw me as I was leaving the dealership. Mr. Lu earned two ???????? recognized for his lack of professionalism with me as his customer, and his absence of follow through on the services rendered demonstrated during my visit. More
