Mike Hua, the service rep was extremely courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and kept me updated and informed throughout the repair of my AC. All 3 courtesy van drivers, Devin, Trevor and Darius (hope I helpful, knowledgeable and kept me updated and informed throughout the repair of my AC. Brought the car in for evaluation of IMA System warning after car cut out while driving. Left car for 2 days to get and install part (Fan). Came in to pick up car, was given keys to get out myself in lot. after car cut out while driving. Left car for 2 days to get and install part (Fan). Came in to pick up car, was given keys to get out myself in lot. But it didn’t start. Went back in and service people jumped the battery. Went home. Next day, couldn’t start car and needed another jump. Called Mike Hua in service who said I should bring it in for a better evaluation. What, exactly, has been evaluated the first time ? Do I even have confidence what was done to the car is what was needed ? In addition, I was given the results of suggested services to be performed after a multi point inspection during this service visit. 3 of the suggestions I had had been performed in the past year. The others had estimates 2-3 x the cost of my local mechanic. More

When I came to pick my car up after being told it was ready, I paid and I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before it became clear one of the issues hadn’t been addressed. I brought it back in to be addressed and the “customer service” I received was the sales manager asking me if I wanted to upgrade to buy a different car. It was insensitive and not a good look for you to charge for a repair, not fix it when you say you have, and then the solution presented is to be asked to buy a new car. Yuck. More
