Salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable. I got the car I wanted but I feel I was taken advantage of by adding on all these things and I wound up with a car payment that was so much more than I got the car I wanted but I feel I was taken advantage of by adding on all these things and I wound up with a car payment that was so much more than I expected and will certainly change my standard of living in a not so good way. I am satisfied with the service provided and the service rep was very helpful and kind.
