Outstanding customer service by Linzy Fuller! I came in to have air put in my tires because I was traveling the next day and the low tire pressure sensor had come on. Linzy quickly realized that I I came in to have air put in my tires because I was traveling the next day and the low tire pressure sensor had come on. Linzy quickly realized that I had a puncture in one of my tires. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable. My tire was fixed and I was on my way within minutes. Speedy service I was informed upon arrival that in addition to my oil change I had a repair needed for a recall. It was nothing crucial but I was at first concerned that it would take a lot of extra time. Instead the waiting time was a lot shorter than I expected. Also, the waiting room is a very pleasant area with a place you can talk on the phone without bothering others. Also, I appreciate the nice selection of magazines, the friendly face at the refreshment counter, and the knowledge of my service technician, Steele. Honda does customer service very well. It is a nice change of pace to talk to people who make eye contact and smile. Thank you! More
