My kid is a student at BSU and we normally have our cars serviced at Don Ayers Honda and Don Ayres Acura in Ft. Wayne. We were behind on getting the oil changed so I called to schedule the work in Muncie. serviced at Don Ayers Honda and Don Ayres Acura in Ft. Wayne. We were behind on getting the oil changed so I called to schedule the work in Muncie. Everything was fine, but I never got a call when the car was done. I guess the service paperwork came in a text, but no updated text when the car was done. Not a biggie. I asked him to let me know if there was anything crucial that needed to be done, and we could arrange to do that, I didn't get a call. When my kid picked up the car someone told her she needs to have her "brake pads replaced before she drives back to Ft. Wayne". That would have been something I would have called the owner of the car to tell them. I appreciate being able to get the car in for the oil change, so thank you for that! It's good to know there is a dealership close by should we need it. More
