First off, Victory Honda has given us great service and personal attention for many years. Specifically, Lou Cheek was such a great help to us when we purchased our 2022 CRV last fall. I also want to give a shout-out to the outstanding people in the body shop at Victory Honda, specifically the manager, Candi Hammond and the fantastic body shop pro, Justin Ashley. I came in with some parking lot bumps and nicks that happened on our new CRV just yesterday. To say the least, we were very unhappy with that occurrence. Justin Ashley and his shop colleague, Kenny, looked it over first thing this morning, got me right in and took care of those bumps and scratches to the degree that was humanly possible. They were interested, kind, and caring. They did a great job. The Body Shop manager, Candi Hammond, was also very supportive and helpful in making sure we got fantastic service from her department.
