Routine Maintenance Visit I dropped off my car early in the morning (before dealership opened.) By 9:00 am I received an e mail thanking me for my business. Service Consultant Tim Lawton gave me the same excellent service he has rendered me in the past. Because I had “Car Doc,” on this visit my Honda Odyssey’s seasonal service cost me nothing out of the pocket service he has rendered me in the past. Because I had “Car Doc,” on this visit my Honda Odyssey’s seasonal service cost me nothing out of the pocket. Tim even had a splash guard reattached for me at no extra charge.
