They did not have the exact car we wanted, we were able to find one that we liked after initially being offered a ride in a model far outside of our stated price range. After completing the sale, the dealer very obnoxiously demanded this survey be completed including multiple emails, text messages, and phone calls. When we picked up the plates, they could not get the plates (apparently only the dealer could give us the plates, but was on a test drive with another customer). After making contact with the dealer, it took an additional 25 min to have the plates installed. More
