Complete joke Mike Byrd is a joke, took my car in cause it's grinding very noticeably. They never took to the car apart to inspect it according to randy. I'm stuck with a problem in my steering covered under warranty. If the steering completely breaks I will have a lawsuit against this company who doesn't honor there word. More

From the first minute he met us he was working for us. He asked me what was important to me, as I explained he took notes. I am a hard person to please and I informed him that I would not be settling for anything less than what I wanted and if I could not get what I wanted I would just wait. Dean worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and I did not settle for anything except for the color and it has already grown on me and I love it. I told him a payment and that is the payment him and the finance department got me. There was no jerking around they are good at their jobs. I have not so great credit and my interest rate is unbelievably low it is actually amazing. I am a happy customer and plan to visit Dean Mullins the next time I am in need of a new or used car.
