Cody was attentive right when I got there. An oil change and tire rotation usually takes 45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes, I went to the service counter to check on my vehicle and was An oil change and tire rotation usually takes 45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes, I went to the service counter to check on my vehicle and was told it was just pulled out of the garage. I then load up my 1 year old child to leave and another vehicle gets parked right behind me by a technician. Then, I had to unload my child and go find someone to move the vehicle. This wasn’t the best experience that I’ve had at this dealership. More
