Out of state call center did not correctly record the reason for service visit. Phones did not answer at service department. Upon my arrival, service department not prepared to do the work requested. At one point I was advised my car was “just sitting” with no one looking at it. Customer service has declined since dealership was sold. Even my written complaint to “home office” was ignored. My guess is that since there is no competition in my area for Toyota authorized service, new owners are not concerned with customer service. More

Took my RAV4 in for its first scheduled service at Victory Toyota Barboursville. Staff was friendly, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I called and gave a lengthy review. My Toyota van was having trouble starting. I was leaving for a convention.
