I am not sure our problem was taken care of. The people were wonderful. They got us in right away. Our problem was our battery went dead after setting outside for about two weeks. I jump started The people were wonderful. They got us in right away. Our problem was our battery went dead after setting outside for about two weeks. I jump started it. Moved it inside. Charged it for a couple hours. The next day they took us right in and they went through it. They said if we left the key fob in the car that could have been the problem. They said it checked out ok. Four days later my battery was at 12.11 volts. I thought that was low. We are keeping the fobs away from the car. Time will tell More
