I thought I had a appointment that. Apparently I didn't. She did book me. Gave my name and number. I showed up at the time scheduled. Gave name and signed my name. My receipt said Don. After I said my name. The vehicle and number is mine. Don has nothing to do with the phone number and vehicle. He passed away before I got the vehicle. When you punch in my number into your computer, it'll bring up my number, at least used too. So what happened? I wasn't to worried about it, she said that she'll fix it. Then I received this text for Don, not me. So it is obvious that it is not fixed. Otherwise it would have said 'Frank'. More

They changed numbers around to be confusing and even added 1200$ to the sticker price so they wouldn’t give in to the price I wanted. Then they botched the job of the sale somehow so I got two payment slips for the same car. I’ll keep buying Toyota but I’m never coming back here. And now I’m filling out a survey for my Toyota grand highlander purchase and it only has ford products to choose from. You guys need to find a better business. One you can’t screw up. More
