Good communication, took my Sienna in for a recall repair and got a loaner, easy to schedule and straight forward response to what they were doing and getting the loaner paperwork done. My only concern is the did a courtesy inspection and showed everything is fine but there were some inconsistenties such as marker they performed tire rotation but commented "wheels were not removed." Both cannot be true. I do not care if they did not rotate them, they were not asked to and not part of the service, the inconsistency of the checkmark and comment is the problem. Combine that with two of the tire pressures were blatantly incorrect, marked 36 for all including spare, but front when I dropped off and again when I picked up were 39 & 38. Tread depth seemed accurate but how do I truly trust that complete inspection is accurate with those inconsistencies. I am sure the work is fine and I know the inspection is courtesy mostly for their liability, but either do it accurately or skip it. More
