I Those quick alignment checks don’t seem to be accurate. I can't rate your service department more than one star because of the alignment check. I was at your dealership about 1,000 miles ago with my 20 I can't rate your service department more than one star because of the alignment check. I was at your dealership about 1,000 miles ago with my 2018 RAV4. I was told my alignment was fine. I was there a couple of weeks ago. I was told I needed an alignment. I brought my 2017 RAV4 to a different dealership a couple of months ago. I was told at that dealership that my 2017 RAV4 needed an alignment. I didn’t get one because I didn’t believe it. Now your dealership told me my 2017 RAV4 didn’t need an alignment. Very inconsistent. More
