I have purchased many a vehicle in my 75 years on earth, but Jalisa was by far and away the best vehicle salesperson I have ever encountered. She listened and she offered many options without trying to stee but Jalisa was by far and away the best vehicle salesperson I have ever encountered. She listened and she offered many options without trying to steer me in a particular direction. It was a real breath of fresh air to work with a salesperson who was not "pushy." Julisa went to bat for me on my trade-ins (I had two) without complaining that it couldn't get me the value I requested. She was always polite and respectful. Sometimes those younger than us seniors treat us like we are old fools, but not Julisa. I was also considering a Honda, but had a bad experience with their pushy salesperson. I am very glad I stuck with Toyota (my 4th). My only complaint is that the dealership, just like every other dealership I have ever encountered, pushed hard on services that were of no interest to me, even after I made that clear. In this case it was additional warranty coverage. More

The dealership is conveniently located with good freeway access. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Ken was a great salesperson to work with.
