He helped us with understanding what was taking so long and told us he would get with us the allocation. Luck for us another person ordered a car and they backed out. So he called and asked if we wanted it. It wasn’t the exact car I wanted but it’s so nice and I love it!! I’m so happy he called us and asked. When we went in to check it out and purchase it Justin helped us! He was so nice and very talkative was in my book is great customer service. Obviously not a great time to buy a new car when I did in early 2022, but circumstances led us to needing to add a new car quickly and only having a few options in the STATE of where to go for inventory that early 2022, but circumstances led us to needing to add a new car quickly and only having a few options in the STATE of where to go for inventory that was actually on the lot. Metro Toyota had the exact model/color/trim as well as close to a price I could tolerate. They had it ready to go when I walked in the door of the dealership on a Saturday morning - like pulled up to the side of the building and ready to be driven. Robert S. did not waste my time which I greatly appreciated - he got me into the car for a test drive, and then answered any questions I had. I think the greatest thing about the experience in my mind was that I walked in the door at 9:30am and I was back home by 12pm with the car all purchased - I've had experiences at dealers before where buying a car is an all day event, but Robert and the Metro team kept things moving along and showed that they valued my business and my time. I would work with Metro/Robert S. again for a future car purchase. More
