I am so delighted that Anastasia was able to help me find my new car after she helped me 21 years ago. My 2000 Solara was a great car until a recent collision with a deer. Overall Ken was fabulous, but when it came to finance my car and pay it off at the moment of getting the car it was horrible, the lady was not customer service friendly didn't even budge or ask to see if we car and pay it off at the moment of getting the car it was horrible, the lady was not customer service friendly didn't even budge or ask to see if we can pay off the car with credit card and it was never told to us that we couldn't, when we our down payment which was 15,000 that was no problem, but when we want to pay it off which was only 6,000 extra from the 15 we did she didn't want to except and we bought 2 cars worth almost 100,000, so unacceptable now u lost our business for future purchases u lost business from all of our family and work colleagues which is a very big company dominion Bit like said Ken was fabulous More
