Disappointed I usually have great experiences when bringing my car in for service. However, this time did not meet the expectations. 1). I requested that my car I usually have great experiences when bringing my car in for service. However, this time did not meet the expectations. 1). I requested that my car not be washed at they do not wipe the windows leaving spots making it difficult to drive. The car was washed. 2). The brakes were measured 8mm this time and 6mm at the previous appointment. Is this possible? The return for service sticker was found under the drivers seat with the next service date listed as 5/2020. I had my car in for service on July 9, 2020. It appeared that my car was not cared for relating to Covid19. Hopefully next time will be better. More

Very disappointed I found a car online Saturday 7/11 Metro Toyota and call and spoke to Suzi Loree and setup an appointment on 7/13 at 3:00 to see car. Suzi said the ca I found a car online Saturday 7/11 Metro Toyota and call and spoke to Suzi Loree and setup an appointment on 7/13 at 3:00 to see car. Suzi said the car was just taken in and I would be the first to see it on 7/13 as detailing work and inspection still was not done on the 2010 Corolla. She promised me I would be first to see the car and 3:00 would be earliest to see it. I received a text 10:20am on 7/13 from Suzi and said Corolla was sold and let her know if I want to look at another car. Just a bad experience and I would not recommend this dealership based on the way I was treated. Suzi obviously did not communicate to sales people, detailers or that’s the way Metro does business. Instead of taking responsibility for the wrong committed she blamed the sales team and detailers for the mixup. Would not recommend Metro. More

I told the gentleman that wanted me to go inside that I wouldn't, because nobody had a mask on. He went and talked to them and they put them on. Nobody should have to tell them to put them on, it should be mandatory at Metro Toyota. This Covid19, it not a joke and we all need to wear a mask to get it under control. More
