patronizing I went in for my 6-month service and had 2 other concerns which were that the front passenger heated seat stayed on low, even though it was set to off I went in for my 6-month service and had 2 other concerns which were that the front passenger heated seat stayed on low, even though it was set to off and that the heated seats did not seem to warm up nearly as much as my Sienna. at first, the service rep was convinced that it was an aftermarket issue as the Highlander doesn't offer heated seats as a feature. after convincing her else wise, she made the note. when I got the Highlander back, they said they could not duplicate the seat issue (even though as I drove away, I was able to reach over and feel heated spots). In addition, it was stated that the seats were heating properly. I feel this was a cop out as the seats do heat, just minimally. I felt that the rep did not take my concerns seriously and was patronizing to boot. These are not my first Toyota heated seats, I know how they are supposed to work! More

Robert Saponari was a breathe of fresh air, I told him my budget and what I wanted, he talked me through the process and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. He made me laugh, he made me feel secure, and when he handed me my keys he made me cry. oil change the staff is always pleasant and the waiting is never to long, however when I got my oil changed this past Saturday, when I went to get in my car I no the staff is always pleasant and the waiting is never to long, however when I got my oil changed this past Saturday, when I went to get in my car I noticed it had not been washed, but the other cars waiting to get picked up, had been. Then when I reached for my door handle, there were black greasy fingerprint marks on the door handle. That did not make me happy. I will still go back for service, I;m hoping this was a one time mistake. More
