Leasing a 2019 Avalon My wife and I came to Metro looking to lease a new Avalon, we were greeted by Ken Konopka upon entering and immediately felt a connection with him. He My wife and I came to Metro looking to lease a new Avalon, we were greeted by Ken Konopka upon entering and immediately felt a connection with him. He asked us what we were looking for and what our needs were, when we told him that we were thinking of leasin* an Avalon, he immediately facilitated us .taking one on a tease drive. After driving the vehicle my wife and I decided it was the vehicle for us and we then sat with Ken and went throughout the negotiation process. At no time did we feel pressured from Ken. After making the deal we left and we received a call within 3 days that our vehicle would be read6 for pick-up on Thursday. Ken was extremely helpful with getting us the information for my insurance company so that part could be taken care of before pick-up on Thursday. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle Ken spent about an hour with us explaining the functions of the vehicle systems allowing us to be comfortable leaving with our new vehicle. More

Multi-point inspection / oil change At check-in, the first verbal communication with my representative, Sarah, was that this was my last "complimentary service". After a brief routine canned-verbal exchange, I directed myself to the customer service lounge while my vehicle was being serviced. When my vehicle was ready, I received a phone call from Sarah, not an in-person communication, notifying me that me vehicle was ready. When I finally found Sarah behind her desk in the service garage, she promptly handed my keys over with a quick, "you're all set", and returned to her computer. As is my custom, I had questions regarding the future recommendations and maintenance of my vehicle. Sarah was much engaged with her computer and made me feel intrusive with the maintenance questions I interrupted her with. My persistence obligated her to print me a 1-page service maintenance fee schedule. I left the dealership with no clear service plan for care of my 2017 Corolla. I would prefer to continue service at the dealership of purchase, but feel that my needs may best be served elsewhere. More
