Multi-point inspection / oil change At check-in, the first verbal communication with my representative, Sarah, was that this was my last "complimentary service". After a brief routine ca At check-in, the first verbal communication with my representative, Sarah, was that this was my last "complimentary service". After a brief routine canned-verbal exchange, I directed myself to the customer service lounge while my vehicle was being serviced. When my vehicle was ready, I received a phone call from Sarah, not an in-person communication, notifying me that me vehicle was ready. When I finally found Sarah behind her desk in the service garage, she promptly handed my keys over with a quick, "you're all set", and returned to her computer. As is my custom, I had questions regarding the future recommendations and maintenance of my vehicle. Sarah was much engaged with her computer and made me feel intrusive with the maintenance questions I interrupted her with. My persistence obligated her to print me a 1-page service maintenance fee schedule. I left the dealership with no clear service plan for care of my 2017 Corolla. I would prefer to continue service at the dealership of purchase, but feel that my needs may best be served elsewhere. More
