A tremendous deal!! I came to the dealership just to look and figure out what I wanted to lease in the very near future. I sat down with salesman Chris Ollar and he listened as I explained what I wanted, needed and could afford. The next thing I knew I was test driving the car I really wanted but thought I couldn’t afford. I loved the look and performance of the Toyota C-HR. My dream car. Chris Ollar went to work for me and before I knew it I was signing the paperwork. All the way home I was thanking my salesman, Chris Ollar, for all his help and going that extra mile for me. Time management I scheduled an appointment for 2:30 but wasn't seen until 330 and didn't leave until 430. No reason at all for it to take so long. I understand there's vehicles before mine but if I leave work to come up there for an appointment dont take your time I'm tryna get money too. Missed out on lots of money coming up there to sit in your waiting room for 2 and half hours. More

Excellent purchasing experience The lease was almost up on my Toyota Rav4. I went to the dealership where I made my purchase. In order to get the same car, I would need to put down $ The lease was almost up on my Toyota Rav4. I went to the dealership where I made my purchase. In order to get the same car, I would need to put down $3,000 and my payments would be $80 more a month. I thought that there would've been some kind of loyalty. I decided to try Metro Toyota. I walked in at 4:00 pm and left at 6:30 pm with a brand new Rav4. I'm paying only $10 a month more. My salesperson Rob was so kind and worked with me. I am THRILLED with the service that I received. When my lease is up in three years, I will definitely return to Metro Toyota! More
