Semi-annual service check I forgot I made the appointment, but was emailed a reminder a few days before which was great. I needed to change the time, but the online system wouldn't let me; however, I called and they changed it within minutes. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was told it would take about an hour -- which it did, so it was what I expected then. Only complaint is that I asked if they would clean my car too (and they said yes), but they didn't and it was already parked outside when they called me out so I didn't want to drive it back in and wait longer. I had limited time and budget to find the car for me and he went above and beyond in meeting all of my needs. He never tried to trick my thoughts on a new car and stayed within my budget. By the end of it he ended up finding the perfect car for me even though it wasn’t the original one I looked at! He was easy to communicate with (calls/texts/emails).
