I called the dealership that day and asked if my car was ready. The very rude receptionist said if it was ready, they would have called you. The next day a gentleman called me and apologized for the mishap and said the car was completed and the key was in the car the entire night. More

Their service dept. is excellent. Having heard that Metro Toyota was as impressive, we had Metro Toyota service a recall notice. Yesterday's scheduled maintanance appointment also was excellent. Felt very comfortable waiting for my car to be serviced and was grateful for the car wash. A suggestion for consideration. Someone came to us in the waiting room and and in a nice way talked to us about our Rav and now that we have some equity in our car there were some great deals out there on new Ravs and new safety measures on these Ravs. Although she was low key and gently talking to us I really didn't care for Toyota's sales approach.I would have appreciated someone telling me how well the car is taken care of or how do you like driving it. Do yo have any questions about the warranty you purchased? Is the car running well? Still a five star rating and my remarks reflects only a suggestion. More

Recent visit to service, never felt so unwelcomed & uncared about from start to finish. I have a chip/scratch in my door. It appeared after my last service visit. Granted yes, something in nature could have flung at me driving 45mins home & it not happen from service. But, this mark looks too perfect. I mentioned to two people about how I paid extra for some coating & can someone look at what happen & what can I do to get it fixed. First person said tell service writer. Service writer said there's nothing they can do but maybe add touch up paint. My question?!? How can you offer anything without walking out to the car & looking at it? Neither individual cared to even look at what I was complaining about. Get my car back & it's not washed. What happen to washing cars after visits especially on a perfectly sunny day & knowing I bought the car from that dealership. Isn't there a standard rule of wash cars after service, especially cars that were bought from you? From entering building to leaving building maybe 45mins. Who knows if they truly checked what they said they did. Nothing gets done that quickly, the car didn't get taken back immediately, sat under 10mins, walking & moving car to work on & return to a customer takes easily 10mins. 25mins to completely check over a car & do an oil change? Hard to believe, but I am sure that mechanic loved his flat rate. More
Metro Service They are always friendly and fast to take you to your service rep. I use them for oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance. Overall, they are pretty thorough with their inspections and the experience is great. Most times they are packed with waiting customers. Average wait time for an oil change I’ve had done is at least an hour. They aren’t an express shop and perform a multi point inspection, so if you are looking for speed, some where else would be better suited. I purchased my vehicle from Metro and have used them for most service. They give you typical dealership rates for other maintenance so you may want to shop around if price is an issue. I really like dealing with Metro. Their staff is great and always treats me well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! More
