They called for my car to be driven up front so I can leave as soon as I got there. I stood outside for 10 minutes waiting for my car, and he called for it to be pulled up probably 5 minutes prior to be walking outside. "Cap" had already been recommended to us my many of our friends, and they were right! Cap is not only knowledgeable, but personable and genuinely cares about your experience while at the dealership - and after you leave. Turning in my current leased vehicle and picking out a new one to lease was a smooth, easy, and quick experience, thanks to Cap and the finance manager (whose name I don't recall). More

Excellent customer service experience We stopped in at Metro Toyota to inquire on certified used cars. We stopped Jim Greenfield to ask for help. He referred us to Mike Ferrett becaus We stopped in at Metro Toyota to inquire on certified used cars. We stopped Jim Greenfield to ask for help. He referred us to Mike Ferrett because he was in the middle of a deal and didn't want to leave us waiting. Mike was so helpful and patient with us while we decided what we wanted to do. Anything we asked he did. After running the numbers we weren't satisfied with the price of the used car and Mike took the time to price us out a new car (which I initially felt I was wasting his time but wanted to see what the numbers were). We ended up with the new car after all, the numbers worked out, they had my car in stock in the color I wanted. Mike then sat with me and helped me program everything from synching my phone to my radio stations and explained everything about the car and all of its features. He was very knowledgable about this particular vehicle. He also told me to call him anytime with questions about it. Then we sat with Jim Campo for the financing and he was great as well. He took alot of time to find me the warranties that fit my driving situation. I've been through this before with buying a new car but they didn't ask me anything so I bought something that didn't really benefit me. He explained each warranty in great detail. The overall experience was excellent. Plenty of inventory to look at. We were greeted and offered assistance several times while we were browsing. Mike and Jim took great care of us and had us on our way fairly quickly once we made our decision. Jim came back to check on us to make sure we were taken care of and happy. We will recommend this Toyota location to friends and family and will be back in the future for our next vehicle purchase. More
