Bought a used camry Gary Capper was pretty great to work with. He's knowledgeable about his product. He comes off well to the customer, and he doesn't rush you. He's been doing this for a long time and it shows. You'll come away from him feeling like you've talked to a genuine guy. The whole experience was great until I moved into the finance stage. Being my first car purchase, I had a lot of questions. "Cap" was great with all of them, showed me a lot of respect throughout the process. JIm Campo was alright, but towards the end of our interaction he mocked me, with a jokey voice and everything. He left a bad taste in my mouth, and even after a few days. I still felt like I had to mention it. It was okay when he almost forgot to put in my online rebate, but I feel like he saw I was young, and didn't give me the respect I deserved. I was far enough into the process that I didn't say anything about it because I wanted to get into my car an go. Once again, very happy with Cap, but Jim Campo left a bad taste in my mouth. More

Great Dealership! I have never had a bad experience at Metro Toyota! I bought my Highlander there 10 years ago. Have had it serviced there over those 10 years. Decided it was time for a new vehicle. I was greeted by Rich first who walked me in and got a salesman to assist me. My salesman, Robert, was very friendly and helpful! I could tell he enjoys his job there! Ken made the financing easy and understandable. From the minute I walked in, until I drove away with my new Rav4, I felt valued and respected. Tire Rotation & check fluids Quick service, and they gave me my keys and said I was all set to go. However, when I went out to my car, I found it was dirty and had not been washe Quick service, and they gave me my keys and said I was all set to go. However, when I went out to my car, I found it was dirty and had not been washed, as promised. I went back in the service area, and they had a young man pick it up and take it to be washed. A few minutes later, he brought my clean car back to me. Not sure of the system, but there was water on windows, mirrors and car body. When I got home, I wiped off the car to get spots off windows, mirrors and other parts. Just didn't seem right. More

You're Not Alone I love how an assistant takes your information, walks you into the office and WAITS WITH YOU until a liaison is available. Then, you are invited into the large, open waiting area where you have free coffee and pastry available (and more importantly - free wifi). (Of course, had I wanted a ride home, that would have been available, too, but why the hassle when waiting is such a chill experience.) The liaison comes to you with estimates before work is done, and then brings you back to his/her desk for payment. You only deal with two people who treat you with respect and deference. I love Metro. I will never go elsewhere. More
