Service we were charged $50.00 for an oil change and that is absolutely ridiculous. Also, they did not wash the car, said it was to cold which it wasn’t. Repaired cracked windshield Metro Toyota replaced my cracked windshield after their technician had inadvertently cracked it while replacing the wiper blades during my 30000 mile Metro Toyota replaced my cracked windshield after their technician had inadvertently cracked it while replacing the wiper blades during my 30000 mile service. It initially took a second trip to the dealer to convince the service manager that the crack was the result of their initial service but once he realized what had happened they took care of everything free of charge including a loaner vehicle. I was pleased with how I was treated. More
Always have good service but. I have been coming to Metro Toyota for 27 years. The wait times have been getting longer. I was there on a busy Saturday for a scheduled oil change. This took THREE hours. So not sure what the deal was. The trend lately has been for longer wait times. I hope you can rectify this soon. Still love Metro. It just took up a lot of my day!! More
