Questionable oil change processes. I scheduled my oil change due to the maintenance required read-out on my dashboard. This reading automatically appears when you reach 5,000 miles, how I scheduled my oil change due to the maintenance required read-out on my dashboard. This reading automatically appears when you reach 5,000 miles, however if your using synthetic like we do and paying twice as much; then it's good up 10,000 miles. I questioned this with their service department, inquiring how can we clear this dashboard maintenance message without changing the oil. Answer- you can't this a factory set reminder!! If you're reading this I recommend not paying and selecting the higher synthetic oil unless you don't mind looking at your maintenance required message for the remaining 5,000 duration. This message blocks out my outside & inside temp readings. More

Ripoff I was told I needed tires. I do . I was told I needed front brakes.pads,hardware & rotors. Thru front wheels the surface of the rotors appeared smoo I was told I needed tires. I do . I was told I needed front brakes.pads,hardware & rotors. Thru front wheels the surface of the rotors appeared smooth.l stopped & bought new pads & hardware. Pads were getting thin but were not close to metal backing .hardware is stainless steel .No rust or corrosion! A lady followed me from service area to showroom & asked about trading for new vehicle.
