Recall and oil change in quick time I received a reminder call that there were two recalls on my '17 Prius. When I scheduled that appointment, I scheduled an oil change for the same time. I was told it could take 3 1/2 hours. It took less than 2. (Yay!) While waiting, there were a variety of vertical surfaces for me to spread out and grade school papers. Service associates are always courteous, rate the need of repairs, and look for ways to reduce the final cost. I highly recommend Metro Toyota Service Department. More
