Remote start fob I misplaced the fob for my remote start in September. I called and was told it could be replaced. When I went in for service, I was told that the part I misplaced the fob for my remote start in September. I called and was told it could be replaced. When I went in for service, I was told that the part could not be replaced and was offered to have a new remote system installed. I went back in to get the make and model of the remote system so I could search for a replacement myself and was told they did have the item I needed but the tech did not know how to program it. Josh said he'd call me on Monday 10-29, no one did. I called on Wednesday 10-31 and was told I could come in anytime to have the remote programed. The service dept. needs to get on the same page as far as what product are available. Because of my trouble Jim waived my service fee. More

Great as alwaays I had an afternoon appointment and as always aa. very nice service man took care of me and his name was Dominic. Very friendly and when my car was ready, and it was raining outside and I have trouble walking because I am having a knee replacement soon, so he had them bring my car into the drop off area so I wouldn't t have to walk outside in the rain. They are all very friendly their at Metro Toyota. I have been coming their for the pastt 15 years and the service has always been great. More

An excellent morning at Metro's Service De[p't I have purchased several Toyota Camry's at Metro Toyota. I have used their service department for years. I have never experienced a problem and my last visit was no different. I came to Metro for the 70,000 mile service on my Camry. I was greeted very courteously and directed to Stephanie Talbot. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She asked about my requests and directed me to the lounge. The coffee in the lounge was very good. After a short while, Stephanie came to tell us that the technician had recommended 2 additional services. One was more important than the other so I selected that one. She said it would be an additional 45minutes. It did and everything was fine with my car. As usual, Metro's service was great. I would recommend both the sales and service at Metro! More
