Excellent Service I had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday, but ended up having the day off on a Friday because of a power failure at my work. I called Metro that I had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday, but ended up having the day off on a Friday because of a power failure at my work. I called Metro that Friday and they got me in on the same day for my regular maintenance and I was in and out of there in no time, which was great so I now had my weekend free. They are always up front and honest. I've purchased several cars over the years and have had nothing but great service and hospitality. I really do reccomended them to all my friends and family. More

Price and upselling Replacing spark plugs for my Toyota Prius was quoted by the service Department prior to setting the appointment as $176 out the door on the phone. Th Replacing spark plugs for my Toyota Prius was quoted by the service Department prior to setting the appointment as $176 out the door on the phone. The actual price was $231.68. That is not a good sign. Next I needed 2 tires and they gave me a price of $298. I didn't appreciate the up-sell with no other tire choices. I purchased from another vendor a Goodyear tire with a 60,000 mile guarantee at a large savings. During their car wash my trailer hitch plug was knocked off the car. I had to go back to the dealership for them to retrieve my rubber trailer hitch plug. More

Excellent Service! I always return to Metro Toyota for my oil change service. I purchased my 2009 Scion Xb at Metro Toyota.
