I said "sure". But I had my doubts. After looking at the numbers and appraiseing my car she introduced me to a sales rep named Sam Ibrahim. Sam was very pleasant to do business with. He showed me some Cameys. He never pressuring me. He showed me my options. And I chose the Camry LE. And I drove it home a few hrs later. All of the staff we wonderful .. But Sam was exceptional. I am very pleased with my 2018 Camry .. I just wished I hadn't put new tires on the old one.. but like I said .. this was totally unexpected .. More

Good service efficiently done This is my third RAV4 and I've always used Metro Toyota for service. I prefer to wait and have been pleased with the time my visits have taken. Now This is my third RAV4 and I've always used Metro Toyota for service. I prefer to wait and have been pleased with the time my visits have taken. Now Metro has introduced Express Service for things like routine maintenance appointments. I took my car in for its 5000 mile maintenance and it was done in less than half an hour....I didn't even have time to finish my cup of coffee!! More

Disappointed a little & surprised Brought my NEW car in for it's second scheduled maintenance. Did it at lunch time and waited in lobby. All was great except I realized they didn't w Brought my NEW car in for it's second scheduled maintenance. Did it at lunch time and waited in lobby. All was great except I realized they didn't wash the car. I called the next day to confirm that was a standard. I got an apology and bring the car back and they would wash it. Disappointed that such a basic part of the maintenance process wasn't done. Makes me always wonder what else wasn't done. Was also suggested to me that one of my filters needed to be changed out. I kind of shake my head at that one being the car has less than 13K miles on it. But most disappointing was the lack of follow through on the lack of a car wash. More
