Routine maintenance I scheduled routine maintenance on two Toyota's that our family owns. The service area was friendly amd professional. The workmanship was done in a re I scheduled routine maintenance on two Toyota's that our family owns. The service area was friendly amd professional. The workmanship was done in a reasonable time and no issues or questionable service advisories (which has always been the case for 30 years). There have been a few service issues over 30 years but these are few and far between. Plus, the Toyota vehicles are the most reliable on the road no matter what anyone says. The experience this visit was ecellent. More

Good timely service but very overpriced We were charged $99.00 to look at a door which they stated required a $500.00 part. We got 4 new tires a battery and rear brakes they charged a ridicu We were charged $99.00 to look at a door which they stated required a $500.00 part. We got 4 new tires a battery and rear brakes they charged a ridiculous amount for the service. While standing in line I could see into an office and on a white board there were written numbers showing profit and Service Dept Goals. They clearly profited greatly from our visit. Don’t get me wrong they were quick and professional and I have peace of mind the work was done right but the prices were SKY HIGH!!! More

Routine maintenance I knew I was due for an oil change and the inspection process revealed other maintenance that was required and the attendant explained the additional I knew I was due for an oil change and the inspection process revealed other maintenance that was required and the attendant explained the additional items that could be done and their importance. The waiting area with Wi-Fi was comfortable and accommodating to the work that I accomplished while waiting and I left with confidence that the car was in top shape. More

It was properly taken care of, I guess. The problem was the noise from wheels or drive system and my concern was if there are any issues for the drive shaft which there was before. It appear The problem was the noise from wheels or drive system and my concern was if there are any issues for the drive shaft which there was before. It appeared not from the shaft at this time but the issue always makes me nervous due to the following reasons. 1. significant noises, 2. quick worn out of tires, it is going to be 4th tire even the mileage is just about 77k, 3. unreasonable cracking of windshield glass with no stone chip, already replaced twice. The service I received was good but there are just concerns for the vehicle. More
