Making the appointment was easy (this time by phone, some other times online). This trip was simple: 20K service provided gratis under our new car purchase agreement. Noteworthy: they had called to remind me the 2-year warranty for those services was about to expire. The waiting area is large (easy to get some distance from TV and fussy children noises), well-lighted, and provided with tables to facilitate reading, nibbling the complimentary cupcakes (usually there are donuts), and sipping the complimentary (and actually GOOD) coffee. My wait was about 30-45 minutes, as per expectation. On other visits (for actual repairs, for example) the facilities have been equally good, and the staff has kept me informed as work progressed. I drive more than 30 miles each way to go to Metro. More

We received excellent service from Metro Toyota May 29-30. My 2011 Prius was making a noise, a grinding sound. Turns out to be rear wheel bearings, both the right and left. I appreciate the same day service; I called on Tuesday at 8:00 am and got the car in by 2:30, and a call from Scott in the service area. This is a pricey fix, but Scott did a nice job letting me know this was an $1,100 fix. He ordered the part by 4:00pm on May 29, and the car was fixed by 2:00 pm on May 30th. The bill came to $1068...nice to have a bad surprise! Thank you very much for fixing my daughter's car so quickly. I also appreciate the advise that the car is in "good shape" so worth making this fix on a vehicle with 136,000 miles. That was also helpful. Thank you. More

tire rotation I bring my Camry in for a tire rotation every six months as recommended. Once a year I have the oil changed. When I brought in my car last November I had both services done. It wasn't until I was driving home that I realized that I had had the oil changed in May of 2017, but no one said anything about not needing the oil changed. This time I said to do a tire rotation and oil change but the service agent said I only needed my tires rotated because the oil had been changed six months ago. I appreciate his honesty and not doing a service job that was unnecessary. More

Tire pressure light on Tire pressure light has been coming on, I came in last week and they checked the tires and told me the light would go off in a couple of days. That was on a Tuesday and if finally went off on Friday and came on again of Saturday, so with the holiday, I came in again and a service man check the tires and as it turns out, there was a nail in the sidewall of one tire and I purchased a new Michelin tire. Service was great. I didn't have an appointment, but they took good care of me and my Camry. More
