No problem the service provider came over immediately and updated my phone to the car. He was very polite and extremely courteous! When leaving I thanked him & also for my my clean car waiting for me! We set up another appointment for November. Was in & out within 45 min! Well done, Metro!! Very pleased with my appointment! More

outstanding service by MT I had an issue with my rear brakes ( rubbing - metal contact) come up on my return business trip from Pittsburgh on Saturday. I had a planned business I had an issue with my rear brakes ( rubbing - metal contact) come up on my return business trip from Pittsburgh on Saturday. I had a planned business trip for late Monday afternoon to Toledo. I called the MT service department at 8:00 am, talked to Maggie on Monday and explained my circumstances . She told me to come right in without an appointment, they would get me in and they fixed my problem . I was on my way back home by 11:30 with my car handling like brand new with time to get prepared for my trip later in the day. I have always received excellent service from MT and recognize the value of having certified Toyota Professionals servicing my car especially from the outstanding team at Metro Toyota . More
Room for improvement My oil light came on the car but was not due for an oil change according to the last Toyota oil change I had a few months back I still head over 2000 My oil light came on the car but was not due for an oil change according to the last Toyota oil change I had a few months back I still head over 2000 miles to go before needing an oil change. Explain this to the person In the maintenance department was told I could pay $99 to have them look into this. I felt that was unfair in too much and just ask them could you please just check and see if there is oil in the car and if the oil light comes on again. I am disabled and 66 years old and cannot do that or I would have done it myself. The reply was there was absolutely no oil in the car they could not explain why. There's no leaks the car is kept in the garage & I do not drive long distances. The same thing happened a couple years ago, oil was being used up much before it was due to be changed. More
