Poor communication with customer. Took car in for check after light came on (and the light came on after transmission repair). They requested to keep car overnight and that was fine. Did not get an update after light came on (and the light came on after transmission repair). They requested to keep car overnight and that was fine. Did not get an update for until I called for an update, which was 2 weeks later. They did the same when it came to my transmission I had to call them after a week to get an update. More

I recently brought my Highlander in to have the AC checked for a malfunction in the system. I payed $252.98 to have the AC recharged, but was told that, “it didn’t fix the problem and it didn’t need i checked for a malfunction in the system. I payed $252.98 to have the AC recharged, but was told that, “it didn’t fix the problem and it didn’t need it”. I was also told that for an additional $1700.00, the problem could be fixed. I declined. I wasn’t too happy for paying $253.00 and not having the AC problem fixed, but I thought, that’s fine, in the future I’ll go somewhere else for service and buying cars. Then I started receiving surveys from dealerrater.com. I ignored the first 2 requests, but after getting the 3rd survey request, I finally decided to reply. So there you have it. More

I schlep all the way from the east side to come here. People on this side think I'm nuts, but I so appreciate their ability to do it right the first time. My tire light came on and my car could use a wash....so with one trip to Metro everything got taken care of instead of a long wait at Costco for the tire service, and a separate trip to the car wash...all of which would have taken longer than the drive to Metro.
