This dealership seems to foster dishonesty. I purchased a car from them a few years ago only discover months later that all the warranties I rejected were added on without disclosure. Signs clearly instruct you to stay in your car and roll down your window after pulling in. Jordan Burns quickly greeted me at a safe distance. Upon leaving, hand sanitizer was available. I contacted a number of other Toyota dealerships in the area, and all of them told me that they could not sale me a car during the stay-at-home order, even after I printed a section of the Executive Order that allowed for possible exceptions for people in my case. After I contacted Victory Toyota, James contacted me within 24 hours. To make a long story short, within the following 24 hours, he picked me up at my home, took me to the dealership, and I drove home with my 2018 RAV 4, just the vehicle I was looking for. Ironically, after I bought my SUV, a couple of other dealerships contacted me, strangely enough, to buy a car immediately. More
