On August 2021 I went to 2 dealers for toyota, to see which one would give me a better price deal to lease a car. At Victory Toyota of Canton we Agreed upon on a price that is a little better than the which one would give me a better price deal to lease a car. At Victory Toyota of Canton we Agreed upon on a price that is a little better than the other dealer, but i choose to put a deposit and go with Victory Toyota of Canton because the promised a 3 weeks timeline to get the car. After 3 weeks they said factory sold the car to a different place and asked me to wait another month Then after that they said there is a shortage and that they are not making enough cars and that it should take few month more. It should be noted that i had to keep calling for updates and they would not call themselves. I kept going and they give me dates until yesterday 9/15/2022 where they said old price is not valid anymore even though i made the deposit back on 2021 and price was already sit. The new price for the lease was up %63. I would suspect that dealer did all that so that I don’t get the car with the deal made at the beginning. They not only lied about it and did not keep the promise, but also caused me to keep waiting until now which made me loose money cause if I bought any car back then it would’ve been cheaper for me. I know for sure i will not be back at this dealer again. And i will advise close friends and family not to go there because they won’t be happy at the end. Finally, if this dealer promise you something and give you a useless reason for not filling it then look for a different dealer cause they will never do. Customer satisfaction is sometimes they do not care about. It is all about them making money out of people. -this based on my experience with this dealer-. More

I went into this dealership Because I was looking for my Tundra Limited with TRD Package. $60,0000 with TRD. This dealership is trying to steal, in my opinion an extra $5000 from me by adding an additional package to my vehicle that I do not authorize. I immediately told him that I do not want that additional package on my vehicle. He states every vehicle come with this additional package. This dealership is a Dishonest Dealer, in my opinion. I would never shop at this dealership again. And I WILL NOT RECOMMEND any one else shop here as well. Purchasing a vehicle should not result in the Con or Scam! Don’t get your car serviced here if you value your time or clear and truthful communication. Called in on 2/24/22 to see if they had the battery I thought I may need in stock, read off the part number a or clear and truthful communication. It was a Toyota battery a different dealer installed. Decided to squeeze in for an oil change as well. Fast forward to Friday the 25th. Spend nearly three hours waiting at the dealer after I give them the car before I hear from anybody again. Then for the first time, it’s brought up that it might be the wrong battery (that’s worked fine for over a year, and I do think the other dealer put the wrong one in) still no offer to replace although it’s a TOYOTA battery that you can only get from Toyota. NO offer to prorate for the correct one. Only that they’ll “see what they can do”. Finally get the keys after 4 hours of waiting. Tried to charge me for an alignment I didn’t get since the wheel bearings need serviced. No mention of battery. Pop the hood later because things just seem suspicious and what do you know? THE SAME ONE is still under the hood. They didn’t even have the decency to say that it couldn’t be done and hoped I’d just leave and not notice! NOW I just get off the phone with the service manager Robert Riffle who isn’t an inkling of apologetic, and sure he did offer to try and help three days later, but after his lack of apology and the fact that I’d have to drive a half hour out of my way when I can’t even be sure they actually even did the oil change? I’m done with this place. Bottom line, seek service elsewhere. More

Everyone I interacted with at this dealership was helpful and friendly! Dan guided me through the sale and it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car.
