Outstanding Had my RAV 4 serviced for oil change and tire rotation. With the coupons cost me about $70, w/c is reasonable. Full synthetic last about 10 months and Had my RAV 4 serviced for oil change and tire rotation. With the coupons cost me about $70, w/c is reasonable. Full synthetic last about 10 months and with road condition in Michigan tires must be checked and rotated more often. I made arrangement also for my next trip, using their airport shuttle. Great service. Victory Toyota wants you to be their customer for life. More

Too expensive I just took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They charged me nearly $70 and didn't even put it through the car wash. It took 2 hours whi I just took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They charged me nearly $70 and didn't even put it through the car wash. It took 2 hours while I was waiting in their very nice lounge. Free sandwiches and drinks. I would rather pay less and get faster service so do not plan on returning for this simple service. And the service department has an odd check out system that you can only deal with your write up person so if that person is on the phone or is helping someone else it increases your wait time just to get out of there. More

Dealer doesn’t honor their mistakes. Went for tire lock replacement and the dealer stripped the new key lock for the tire but refused to admit their wrong doing. Both Assistant service manage and service write up person Jordan denied the truth. I found out about it when I was at my tire rotation place that the key cannot be used. The dealership is the only one touched this key before that. My question is, what if was a flat tire in the middle of no where with my kids in the car?? Or rushing a child to the hospital and can’t change a flat tire in order to make to the hospital?? They are really not worth trusting. More

Dan explained that this particular used car didn't have floor mats when Victory took ownership. I'm not buying it- had the car lacked a door handle, would the same logic apply? I can't recall ever buying a new or used car from a dealer where mats didn't just come with the car. I got fooled, so ask up front and don't get blindsided by this "gotcha." More
