Average to below average Went for an oil change. What would take a Jeffy Lube or another oil change company 10 to 15 min. took 50 minutes for the change. What would in my op Went for an oil change. In this time of people being laid off I would think their prices should reflect the economy downturn and change their prices. More
This dealership seems to foster dishonesty. I purchased a car from them a few years ago only discover months later that all the warranties I rejected were added on without disclosure. I hesitated getting another car financed through them but COVID limited my options. I went against my better judgement and got screwed again. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. More

Great service I recently had my vehicle in for an oil change, and really appreciated the steps the service department took to insure safety. Signs clearly instruct you to stay in your car and roll down your window after pulling in. Jordan Burns quickly greeted me at a safe distance. Upon leaving, hand sanitizer was available. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and Jordan called to let me know. Arrangements were made to pay and pick it up in a safe manner. More

I contacted a number of other Toyota dealerships in the area, and all of them told me that they could not sale me a car during the stay-at-home order, even after I printed a section of the Executive Order that allowed for possible exceptions for people in my case. After I contacted Victory Toyota, James contacted me within 24 hours. To make a long story short, within the following 24 hours, he picked me up at my home, took me to the dealership, and I drove home with my 2018 RAV 4, just the vehicle I was looking for. Ironically, after I bought my SUV, a couple of other dealerships contacted me, strangely enough, to buy a car immediately. More
